How do I install my HP webcam driver?

I bought my Hp webcamera today and I have a laptop that has no disk drive.
I went to the website and typed in ther cerial number, it came up with the right camera. I clicked drivers and downlaod now. But then It went to the “internet explorer cannot display the page” someone please help!
